Belinda Li is Founder, CEO & Chief Consultant of CiTTA Partnership. For over 20 years, she has been offering her expertise in business modeling, business strategy, market research, and feasibility assessment to clients in the nonprofit, public and private sectors. Belinda's passion for combining the power of business with the promise of social impact has led to her founding CiTTA to focus on promoting and facilitating the growth of the Social Enterprise business model.
Before founding CiTTA, Belinda worked as a Senior Associate at the global consulting firm McKinsey & Co, where clients included United Way, the Field Museum, and Fortune 100 companies. She brings particular expertise to the health, education, and environmental fields, with a background as program manager of the Chicago Climate Action Plan, a business manager at General Electric Healthcare, and a PhD in Medical Physics from the University of London, UK. She holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and currently serves on the Boards of the Social Enterprise Alliance Chicago Chapter, and the Illinois Environmental Council Education Fund. She is also an Advisory Committee Member of Accelerate 77. Belinda lives with her wife in Chicago, where they are active volunteers and meditation facilitators for the Chicago Buddhist Meditation Group.

- Co-Founder / Web Consultant
Phyllis Lee is Co-Founder and Web Consultant at CiTTA Partnership. She has 20 years of experience working as a Web Developer and Information Architect. Her love for solving the ever-changing puzzle of effective information sharing and communications led her down an academic path that included visual arts, database constructions, web-based application programming, and usability design. Since 1999 she has been building user-friendly websites and intranets to help businesses operate more effectively and efficiently. Her clients are given the tools to promote their brand and products, and the capability to streamline productivity among their team members. Phyllis has an MFA from Northern Illinois University and a BFA from SUNY Oswego. She also completed a certification program in .NET Development at DePaul University. Phyllis lives in Chicago with her wife and their rescue cat.
Christy joined CiTTA in 2017, and is tasked with conducting market research. She has experience researching and writing about: market trends, competitive landscape, business models, ecosystem, and impact metrics in the social enterprise, education, social service, and healthcare sectors. Before joining CiTTA, Christy worked in academia, conducted original research using interviews, focus groups, and participant observation. She was an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at DePaul University and Simon Fraser University (Canada), and a guest lecture at the University of Essex (England, UK) on Ethnographic and Qualitative Research Methods. Christy holds a PhD in Sociology and an MA in Theory and Practice of Human Rights from the University of Essex, and a BA in English and Sociology from University of Dayton. She is also an alumna of Simon Fraser University's Writer's Studio. She lives in Chicago with her daughters Lucy and Joy.
